With an established reputation for providing consistently great service, value, and quality to its clients, GutterCare® delivers on both fronts.
How about a 10-year Workmanship Warranty from a tried, tested, and endorsed NZ brand?
It is our pleasure to announce that GutterCare®’s brand has finally been recognised and protected by the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ). Over the years, we have worked to establish a brand and reputation in New Zealand that we have always been proud to promote and represent. Our trading name and logo are both now trademarked and as such are available for GutterCare®’s exclusive use.
With approaching 400 Google Reviews and an average 4.9-star rating, here’s what Google’s Gemini AI said about GutterCare® when asked (source: Google search 12 May 2026):
It holds an exceptional 4.9-star Google rating backed by more than 380 customer reviews.
The company operates across the greater Auckland region and delivers a broad suite of residential and commercial property care options:
To celebrate GutterCare®’s trademark confirmation and this fantastic outcome for our business, we’re delighted to confirm an extension of our Workmanship Warranty for new installations from 3 to 10 years.
GutterCare® installs products which carry manufacturers’ warranties of at least 10 years. We have always backed our workmanship for a minimum of 3 years, simply as any significant workmanship defects should present well before the 3-year cover period has passed. Both workmanship and product warranties carry ‘subject to regular routine maintenance clauses’.
To bring warranty pledges into line, we are delighted to announce a significant extension in GutterCare®’s Workmanship Warranty from 3 to 10 years with immediate effect, for all new gutter systems installed post 11 May 2026. This extended warranty will be subject to usual maintenance requirements, typically an annual clean and rinse, unless specified otherwise.
To support this initiative, GutterCare® has launched a fixed-price post-installation service offering by way of our new GutterCare® Service and Maintenance Plan.
At the time of quoting for new gutter installation work, GutterCare® will now also offer a capped-price gutter cleaning and maintenance plan. This will span the duration of the Workmanship Warranty and remain valid on the proviso GutterCare®’s services are retained for regular (at least annual) cleaning and maintenance purposes.
An initial service price will be quoted and locked in at this rate for 5 years. After 5 years, we’ll adjust the price by inflation and then lock the new rate for the remaining warranty period. Repairs are included in this service offering provided they can be attributed to a workmanship installation issue as opposed to wear and tear or interference from a third party.
We understand that 10 years is a long time, so we’ve made the call to run this offer without any contractual client obligation. This ensures customers maintain full flexibility to opt out of this arrangement at any time without penalty. It also fairly and squarely keeps the pressure on GutterCare® to deliver on our promise to provide the best possible service to our customers.
